The chart below shows a trend analysis of the proportion of non-emergency (elective) patients waiting for hospital treatment across commissioners in a Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) who have been waiting for treatment for more than 18 weeks. Patients waiting for treatment are identified with the STP on the basis of the commissioner of their treatment (not the provider)
